Aight, here's the deal.
Currently my flat looks like this:
I'm in the bedroom + the kitchen a lot and like to listen to music whilst either washing up or urm whilst i'm on my bed.
Basically I wanna listen to music without massively cranking the volume up. As the video showed i've currently run wires around the skirting to get into each room but the sound is quite quiet.
So what i'm after is a wireless solution that can give me a lot of sound out every speaker. Does such a system exist? How much am I looking to splash out on one?
Cheers.
It depends how much you want to spend reids. Just throwing it up in the air, I have Sonos in my house.
One of the "Zoneplayers" is connected to your PC that has the music on it. It then wireless transmits the music to the other Zoneplayers you have in the house. You need to have speakers for each Zoneplayer, or if you already have a CD player for example with a phono input you can pipe music to an existing music system. It has a really neat controller for it aswell, and you can queue up different lists to each individual Zoneplayer. It's really sweet, but expensive.
EDIT: This is the only one i've tried, and it works very very well. Although i'm sure there is better/cheaper options available.
EDIT2: Sorry, I did try out a Phillips "WACS" system, that worked through Wi-Fi. But it was that temperamental that I wouldn't advise buying one.
